Most vehicles supplied through Car Credit Expert by HMC include a complimentary 12 or 24-month nationwide warranty, unless otherwise stated.
Many eligible vehicles receive 24 months of cover, while warranty protection can also be extended to up to 36 months at additional cost.

Handler Protect Warranty
Our warranties are provided through Handler Protect and are designed to offer protection against certain unexpected mechanical and electrical repair costs.
Depending on the vehicle and level of cover, benefits may include:
- Nationwide warranty protection
- Mechanical and electrical component cover
- Access to approved repairers across the UK
- Support with authorised warranty claims
- Optional extended cover up to 36 months
The exact warranty term and level of cover will be confirmed for the individual vehicle before purchase.
Making a Warranty Claim
Should you experience a potentially covered fault:
- Contact Handler Protect before authorising repairs.
- Follow the claims procedure in your warranty documents.
- Use an approved VAT-registered repairer.
- Obtain authorisation before any work begins.
Unauthorised repairs may not be covered.
