How to make a complaint


If you are unhappy with a financial product or service you can complain. Follow our four steps for making a complaint.

  1. Talk to us first. – highlight your concern and give us the chance to put things right.
  2. If your still not happy. – Contact the Financial Ombudsman service
  3. Take the matter to court – If you do not want to accept the decision by the Financial Ombudsman service, as a last resort you may be able to take your case to court.
